These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GameLinkIQ app and service ("GameLinkIQ"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. GameLinkIQ is intended for coaches, team administrators, parents and fans, and is not directed to children under 13.
We sign you in with a one-time email link or code — keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Coaches and team administrators may enter or sync team and player information and score games. If you do, you represent that you have the authority to provide that information and any consent required from players' parents or guardians, and that it is accurate. You are responsible for the content you add and for how you administer your teams and players.
GameLinkIQ integrates with USSSA and may display team, roster and event data from USSSA and other sources. That data belongs to its respective owners and is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
GameLinkIQ, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain your rights in content you submit and grant us the license needed to operate, display and share it as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that statistics, standings or awards are error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameLinkIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe harms users, the service or third parties.
We may update these Terms; we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a different mandatory law applies to you.
